Slip Hinges

Guden has the largest selection of slip joint hinges anywhere. Also known as loose joint hinges or take-apart hinges, they're used for all types of removable door or lid applications. Our slip joints are in stock in plain steel, stainless steel and aluminum with other materials and dissimilar pin material combinations.

Choose standard leaf slip joints for applications that use leaves for attaching the hinges. And for situations that require a weld mount, we have a full selection of weld-on style hinges with a weld guide for a smooth and sleek look. You can also try our block style hinges with threaded holes for mounting for a clean and streamlined appearance.

Most of our slip hinges are from stock without holes, and many are also in stock with a pre-punched hole pattern. Custom hole or slot sizes and patterns are also available upon request. Countersunk holes, cut outs, PEM© fasteners, bends, offsets and other custom operations can also be supplied.
