Payment Methods

At H A Guden Co, Inc., we offer the following payment methods for your convenience:

  • Credit/Debit Card: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
  • Net 30 Day to accounts with approved credit. Request our credit application from your Customer Service Representative.
  • Bank Wire or ACH Transfer: Contact our customer support for bank transfer instructions.

Please note that all payments are processed in USD (United States Dollar). All sales are FOB Ronkonkoma NY and the we have the following minimums:

  • USA- $25
  • Canada- $50
  • All Other locations- $250 advance payment

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation for accuracy and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these guidelines:

  • Contact your customer service representative immediately upon receiving your order.
  • Please request a return goods authorization number from customer service. A restocking fee may apply.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
