Are you looking for a more stylish appearance for your hinge knuckles?  Is your hinge length not a multiple of the knuckle length?  Then you may want to look at having the hinge cut with balanced ends.  Making your end knuckles smaller than the center knuckles can sometimes make your hinge look less utilitarian.  If you want to not have one end knuckle a different size than all the others, we can split the end knuckles and have each end be the same length to balance things out.  Check out this customization as well as many others here on our hinge customization page.
