Our series of plain steel continuous hinge is also supplied with a brass pin. Corrosion on steel hinges often first occurs inside the barrel but the brass pin can help resist it so there's less chance of the hinge binding from internal rust.
This series is available in either a .040 thickness and a stock length of 72" or a .060 thickness and a stock length of 84". Custom sizes and lengths are also available upon request.
In stock without holes, we can also easily add a custom hole or slot pattern and additional operations such as slots, cut outs, spring loading, PEMs, bends, and offsets can also be supplied.
